"When I arrived they let me know my room was already occupied which was extremely inconvenient as I had booked a month prior.
This shows extremely poor management but other daily staff were nice and supportive. Please give them a call before showing up."

"My stay was not pleasant at all. I arrived at the reception at 2pm and from the look on receptionist face, it did not look like they had my booking in their system. He confirmed from his GM and I was asked to wait for 30minutes to clean the room b4 checking-in.
