"On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park. The receptionist, went above and beyond. She stayed with me on the phone (hands free kit) and guided me to the car park, and was so helpful and reassuring. Once I finally arrived, my son and I was greeted by the lovely friendly receptionist, who had guided me there, and another gentleman worker. Both...

"Can't review hotel as never actually stayed there as they relocated us to another hotel saying it would meet our booking which was family room for 2 and breakfast, what we got was a single room with double bed and no breakfast, so spent weekend sleeping with my 40year old daughter with no breakfast not what was planned. They did refund £20 which was used for taxis because it was so far from where we needed to be."
