"Room was clean and mattress was firm. Air conditioning in our room was great! Breakfast was your typical continental. The air conditioning was out in the lobby, hallway, and breakfast area which was no fault of the hotel and it was a very hot week in Bonita Springs. The staff at front desk and breakfast area was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They kept their cool in spite of the heat and was always cheerful.
