"The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff! Although the newly renovated rooms are also great. There were some quirks while we were there- the elevators were broken, with 3 out of 4 of them out of service at the same time. Additionally, the hotel should provide parking vouchers for the parking garage which has been complimentary for the past several decades. But the location, the service, and everything else about the hotel is fantastic."

"The water basin is clogged. Water doesn’t drain fast. The hotel shuttle bus was not reachable from the airport. Clear phone number should be given to the travelers."
