"We had a nice stay at this hotel in Paris overall. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, and the location was convenient. The staff and cleaning crew were wonderful and we had no complaints about the service from them. One issue we experienced was with the elevator. It was tiny and wouldn't carry our whole family up together, which was inconvenient. I’m not sure if the elevator situation is different in the other building. I also really appreciated the hotel setting up the third bed in our room, which was supposed to be for my daughter. However, the AC in our room had a condensation issue and actually dripped water on me during our first 2 nights. I reported it to the hotel and was told maintenance would take a look at it. Overall, it was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but I do feel the AC issue warranted some type of compensation or gesture from the hotel. If I were in their position and the situation were reversed, that is something I would have offered to a guest. Aside from those issues, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness, location, and friendly staff."

"The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to train station, shopping and Eiffel Tower. The premises are clean and we'll maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. I would definitely stay here again."

"Only stayed one night, but wish it could have been longer and will return next time we are in Paris. Clean, modern with staff very eager to help and give suggestions for food/shopping/sightseeing. Rooms today, well insulated for sound and darkening curtains so slept like logs. Location great - walk to attractions and shopping within a half hour, close to hop on/off route etc."

"We loved our stay! Lea was a cut above the rest of the welcoming staff though at the front desk. Hopefully, she will serve you! Functional rooms, nice beds, and great housekeeping. The morning buffet was top notch and delicious! The Restaurant and bar had excellent food choices and was equally as tasty. The bar staff was a bit chaotic and unrefined in the later hours though. The nights we were there seemed a bit unorganized. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating!"
