"My stay was more than adequate for my needs, and would definitely stay again if In were in the area working. The proprietor realised I was a lone female and moved my single ground floor room (as booked) and upgraded to a first floor double room for safety at no extra charge. I had a very comfortable two nights. Slept very well, room quiet, bed clean. Breakfast was a choice of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and juice followed by options of a freshly cooked breakfast offering choices of local...

"Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. "Amazing stay at The Priory. Sarah was such a lovely, friendly host, full of stories about the building and couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I stayed in room 5, which was a delight - the bathroom was gorgeous, with a roll top bath and waterfall shower. The bedroom decor was tasteful and it felt cosy. The breakfast was hearty and very tasty. I couldn’t have asked for more from my stay. I will definitely be returning if I’m in the area again. "

"Really lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff and delicious big breakfast! Room had a little en-suite dressing room and huge slipper bath - only downside was that there wasn’t a shower but the bath was a nice change for the one night we stayed! "

"The room and the service was excellent. Fully stocked room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and everything we needed was provided. Sharon provided everything we needed during the stay, and made us felt very welcome. There are only two rooms within the tea rooms which made it feel very personal staying. The tea room is located in a lovely village that has 3 pubs and has some really nice walks. We have even booked to return next year."
