Lovely location. Enjoyed walking into the small town. Plenty of good eating & drinking places. Decent clean room, very good for the price. The only downside was the thinness of the walls & ceiling. We could hear EVERYTHING & every word in the adjacent room & every movement in the room above. That's fine as you're the one getting up regularly throughout the night or the first ones up having a shower --not so much if you like your sleep & a bit of a lay in beyond 6 am. Good wifi Comfortable beds in twin room no 5

What a fantastic little place great location for food shops plus eaters good parking. Room was great clean comfy good size. Will definitely stay there again.

We were right in the town centre, which made it convenient for shopping and places to eat. We felt very welcome and at home. The facilities were clean and very comfortable, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay again at the drop of a hat!

Located behind the pub, our room was simple, and just what we needed for a place to crash while visiting the town of York. Driving distance to the local attractions and walking distance to groceries, restaurants, pubs, and more.
