"Lovely ,friendly staff. Great room with comfy bed and extras. Pool and Spa great. Beautiful hotel, some fixtures are a bit worn but overall decor good. Breakfast was fine, no scrambled eggs though. Was a bit enderwhelmed by the restaurant food but staff were great."

"When we checked in desk clerk made a point of highlighting we had booked through Expedia, it just seemed odd the way he said it as in we were some how of a lower quality of guest? Room was good, Hotel location is great, managed to get parked in the underground £18 a day car park, but the space is very tight, we have a small SUV and had to move it out to get the boot and door open. Car park is pretty small for a big hotel. Had breakfast, which was fine, interestingly they charge less at weekend that mid week, again just seems strange. Probably won't stay in this hotel next time we are in Leeds."

"Highlight is the breakfast at this hotel. Air conditioning needs attention, my room was 32° on a not so hot day. Additional A/C unit was provided but I imagine they don’t have multiple to share around all guest."
