Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host.
Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James."

"The apartment did not live up to its description as a "De Lux, Luxury Apartment. The kitchen cupboards were de-laminating in several areas and hinges were coming loose on cupboard doors. Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment"

"If you want a relaxed break this is a great hotel to book, just come back from a weekend away. What a joy to stay somewhere with such amazing staff. Room was lovely very clean comfy bed. Great breakfast we also dined in the restaurant and bar which was really nice.
Had a three hour spa to finish off our stay. Will definitely be back."
