"Another great stay at the DoubleTree, quickly becoming our favourite place to stay in Leeds. Only downside to it this time was that it was a hot weekend and the aircon wasn't very cold even on the coldest setting so it was a bit warm in the room."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. Efficient a great customer service. The sweets treats were a lovely extra surprise. Rooms were spacious, well presented and clean. Breakfast was really good. Plenty to choose from, from english to continental. Excellent stay! "

"The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not. Again we had maintenance take a look and it was not fixed. At least we slept that evening. The rest of the stay was good."
