"First impressions matter. After booking this hotel 2 months before arrival, it felt that we were given THAT room which nobody else wanted or would have taken. We complained and were given a different room the next day, no other rooms available in the whole hotel apparently. It didn't stop us living ..."

"Love when hotel staff makes thinks right. Upon check in our room/whole floor had broken AC and it was quite warm. The staff moved us to another floor immediately. Ok, it was on the top floor with an amazing view but the AC was working. The upgrade was not wasted on us! Well done."
