The only issue I have is that I was charged for both rooms I booked for me and my colleague before arrival where he should have paid for his own room. "A modern airport hotel good for an overnight stay if arriving late into Porto airport. One stop on the tram from the airport,- the tram stop is only 2 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are functional, comfortable bed, wifi, and heating/airconditioning. The hotel is in an industrial area - no restaurants or bars nearby. "

"Cons: The entire hotel has no microwave for guests to use, at all! The female front desk staff, blond-hair, worked afternoons is rude. Pros: On site restaurant has very good fries, tall/ black girl that works in restaurant is very pleasant. On site laundry is fast, delivered to my room woth a smile by the kaundry lady who was so nice. Convenient for Uber. "
