"The apartments, which have a lift, are located perfectly in walking distance to most of the city centre's historic attractions. Our apartment on the 4th floor (4A) was spacious, decorated in a modern style with a good shower and contained all you need for a short stay. "This place was way more than I imagined. It is right in the middle of the wine and food area of Gaia while still having only a short walk to get over to the Porto side. Even though it is very close to the water, the front windows provide great sound insulation. I want those windows at home! The apartment is fairly narrow but surprisingly deep with a super quiet bedroom with it's own AC and a solid door. Loved it and the management team was very responsive. They contacted us without prompting for...

"This was such a charming apartment, high ceilings, lots of windows, very clean and well-furnished. The location was perfect for us with access to the metro and buses but also walkable to lots of attractions. The checkin instructions were clear and the staff were very helpful. They provided space to store luggage on our checkout day. I would definitely stay here again."

"The place was awesome, with views of the river. Our apartment had two levels, balconies were nice. Just keep in mind that this building does not have elevators so It was a bit of a pain to drag the suitcases up and down."

"Loved the room. Very spacious, nice, and clean. The shower alone was amazing and deserves 5 stars on its own. The staff was very accomodating to my plant-based breakfast request and made sure I had enough food. Our room safe battery died right before our check out and the staff resved the issue in a very professional and fast manner. The area is great too. Would stay here again. "
