"definitely in need of a room refurbishment. No controls on noisy aircon, but did mostly drown out street noise due to ill-fitting single-glazed units. 1 cupboard hinge not secure. Bathroom needs attention. 1 of the 2 lifts not working. Breakfast adequate if dull and ordinary. Thin walls: could hear voices/TV from adjacent room"
