"Indoor pool and jacuzzi in winter was so relaxing. Note: no changing area in the pool area; must go back to your room to clean up and change which was ok for us. Breakfast had good variety of hot and cold options including make your own waffles. Around the clock complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa was excellent. Family friendly, diverse staff made welcoming atmosphere.

Like all the hotels here, you're going to pay a premium during peak event seasons (Christmas and Oktoberfest, namely), but there are some perks that make it all worth it: heated pool and hot tub (one communal, plus some rooms have their own private ones), min-golf course, a game room, a full spa, complimentary breakfast included with the room. "We arrived after a track meet rather late. They had our room ready, it was clean and in good condition overall. They do allow pet in the rooms so you could tell

They were able to feed us late since their restaurant is right next door to the room and their food was delicious. The location is on a main intersection but you are still in the midddle of the forest...
