"La stanza e molto piccola ma non è stato un problema perché abbiamo girato fino tardi andavamo solo per dormire,però anche il letto era piccolo appena centravamo,e premetto che siamo magri. La struttura è vecchia,però la stanza era pulita. Non è centrale ma molto vicina alla stazione Earls Court,insomma è ok per prezzo pagato."

"My overall experience at the hotel was very disappointing due to a significant issue with the air conditioning in our room on the first day of our stay. We discovered around 6:00 PM that the air conditioning was not working. A technician arrived between 7:20 PM and 8:00 PM and informed us that the issue was caused by dust in the filter. He cleaned the filter and advised that the unit was working properly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning never began cooling the room. I contacted the front desk again to report that the problem had not been resolved. I was told that the manager would be notified, but no one followed up or returned to address the issue. At approximately 11:45 PM, after waiting several hours, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. When I asked what solution could be provided, I was told that only a fan was available. A fan was finally delivered to our room around 12:05 AM. This was especially frustrating because we had specifically chosen this hotel for its air conditioning and convenient location. To make matters worse, this occurred during one of the hottest days in London, after we had just completed a long flight from Orlando, Florida. We were exhausted and expected to be able to rest comfortably. The lack of a functioning air conditioner, the delayed response, and the absence of an effective solution made for a very poor first impression & bad exper."
