"Can’t rate the interior we never saw it, the front door failed and we could not gain access, had to deal with a call centre, the management company simply stay asked a resident to try and gain access. The resident said the door failed that morning and is unreliable anyway. Maintainance came and bodged the door with double sided tape which failed, we had to book another property nearby, as we had reservations for an event, we also felt unsafe as there was every chance we would be locked out in the middle of the night after returning. Simply stay and Tennyson will not refund this stay even though we could not gain acesss, please think t ice about dealing with any simply stay properties you have to deal with a call centre who then tries to get local management companies who are not simply stay to attend. "

"Booked this very last minute as we were booked to stay in the Tennyson round the corner but their front door failed and we could not get access to the property. Stayed here before so knew it would clean and comfortable and safe to come back to after an event in the city and we would not be locked out of the building "

"Reception staff on arrival were excellent, allowing us to book in early. The room was very good; spacious and clean with everything working. After the crematorium service for our friend, the wake was held at BH. There were a lot of people at the wake but the BH staff looked after everyone very well and the food was wonderful. We stayed for a meal with 3 friends in the restaurant and this meal was superb. Delicious food and excellent service. Overall, an absolutely wonderful one evening stay. As close friends of the City of Lincoln Freemen's Guild we are always delighted to use Bentley Hotel and staying overnight for for 2 or 3 days at the BH is a real treat."

"First, I called the hotel a day prior to our arrival and a receptionists named Chloe was very polite, kind and able to help us with our booking that we made through Expedia. When we arrived, it was Chloe who helped and informed us about the hotel, amenities, carpark and room booking. She is very knowledgeable. Thank you Chloe. The Room that was given to us was a family room which is very clean, comfortable beds, with two big mirrors and a comdortable single sofa seat which added to the elegance of the room. The toilet is very clean and looks amazing. There is a telephone, television, iron and ironing board, several bottles of water, kettle and sachets for hot drinks, hair dryer, lamps, portable heater and electric fan readily available to use. The carpark is just behind the hotel but there is small road that separate the hotel from the car park. Just be careful and always keep an eye with cars passing from your right when going to the car park. When leaving the car park, you need to get a code from the receptionist. We also met a very friendly cleaner named Christy Galer who prepared the room and we were amazed how clean and organized our family suite, bathroom and toilet. Before leaving the hotel amd handed back the keys of the room, I met another kind and friendly receptionist names Helen who also help us with our checking out.
