"Very disappointing stay, particularly considering the price paid. The room was comfortable and the shower good, but housekeeping standards declined throughout our stay. Even after servicing, sheets were not changed, the floor was not hoovered and the bathroom was not mopped. Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and got worse as the week progressed. We ate in the restaurant one evening and paid premium prices for very poor food. The pizza appeared to have a shop-bought base and...

"Great place and host, would highly recommend"

"Beautiful hotel and resorts. Our family had a wonderful trip, thank you!"

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Grange"

"Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. "Not great"

"Charming National Trust Queen Anne House now hotel. Excellent service, good food and magnificent garden. Rooms pretty decent and deserving of 4 stars. Very pleasant two day stay."

"Breakfast , parking, staff, cleanliness"

"Very nice hotel, friendly staff, easy check-in, lots of parking. Had no issues with noise. Nice bed, plenty of pillows, big TV, everything you'd expect from a hotel stay. Breakfast buffet included and was good. Would definitely stay again."

"This is a delightful place. The staff is wonderful. The building is charming"

"Room was big and clean with a lovely bed. Bathroom was ok but looking a bit tired. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great, everything you could want including omlettes. Didnt like the orange juice was more like orange squash. Public areas were modern and clean."

"Hotel is central. Bed is small for two and you hear noise for the other rooms."
