We were expecting the bedding but had missed the €180 for cleaning as the correspondence was in French only. She said that they shouldn’t really be letting the property as they’d had a water leak leaving one of the rooms damp and with mould, which was true. "Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Jean - Luc’s beautiful villa. Super clean with accommodation arranged to provide privacy and space for everyone. Really well equipped for a very enjoyable stay. Lovely pool and outside area.Jean-Luc was very helpful and friendly. Easy to get to beaches and places to eat in Cagnes-sur-Mer with easy access to Nice, Monaco, Cannes and Biot from nearby train station. "

"First impressions were very good, with adequate cooking, reception and dining areas. Bedrooms varied as to size with some of them compact. Hanging areas for clothing and lack of hangers in some rooms. The pool was good but needed attention to cleanliness possibly due to our numbers. Lower bedroom toilets were problematic and prone to flooding with water and waste matter coming back up into the shower outlet. "A beautiful, stylish, character property, with breathtaking views over the ever-changing bay seascape. The house itself offers every amenity, to relax, entertain, be social or quietly reflective. There were between 5 and 12 of us over 2 weeks, as people from Canada, the UK and Dublin were reunited, came and went. We really used the house fully, with joy and ease. "Great Villa, perfect location. Easy to walk to beach, restaurants and old town. Property has its own parking within the grounds. Most of the rooms are on the first floor accessed via a spiral staircase apart from one of the bedrooms and the second bathroom, which are in a hut the other side of the swimming pool. Could not fault the host. "

"Amazing stay. The photos do not do this property justice! Very spacious rooms, amazing balcony with view of the sea and pool. The pool is huge and very much welcome in the heat. Quiet area but very close to local bakers (walking distance) and 5 minutes to supermarket. Close to the lovely beaches of Frejus and Ste Raphael. Excellent communication with Victoria who answered immediately. Nice touch of soap and shampoo in every bathroom and a welcome bottle of wine chilled in the fridge. Every room...
