Dear traveller we hope you are doing well.

We welcome you to stay in our villa!

Luxury, 5* classified, 4 bedroom villa (sleeps 8). The villa has air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room.
The villa is beautifully decorated and situated in a quiet area.
The large child protected swimming pool (13 x 6 m) is surrounded by idyllic seating and lounge areas, flowers and mediterranean trees.
POOLHEATING available upon request (not possible during winter months).

Only 5-10 minutes walk from several picturesque beaches such as:
- La Garoupe, Plage Keller with sunbeds and several small restaurants on beach and
- Plage des Ondes for snorkling and beautiful sunsets.
Located in the middle of the Cap d'Antibes. Walking distance to Antibes and Juan les Pins is 20-30 minutes. From the villa you can start a beautiful nature walk around the Cap (protected natural site), or walk to the famous hotel Eden Roc, or enjoy a drink and the sunset at the terrace of the beach club of les Pecheurs.
Small local shops around the corner.
20 minutes by car from Nice (airport) and Cannes.

We had such a wonderful stay. Everything in our eyes was perfect. The pool was beautiful and warm (extra but worth it). The kitchen was very well equipped, and the dining areas were very charming - inside and out. All the bedrooms were lovely and comfy beds. The property manager was very helpful and always responsive. It was the perfect honeymoon, even with a toddler! We'd love to come back.

Such a fantastic villa! We were 5 persons and a small dog at the villa. It has a really good location, quiet area, close to beaches, nice big pool! the house is really nicely decorated. Great communication with Nathalie, who helped us check in and out. Kitchen really nicely stocked and nice beds. looking forward to coming back!

We had a very nice week in a stunning villa. It was much better than the desription. Big house with lot of social space. Fantastic pool area with nice furniture and decoration. Area was quiet. Close walk to beaches and small stores. Easy access to Antibes city with bus, just outside. We had an wonderful and relaxing week. Would love to come back !

Wonderful stay. The house and pool were as beautiful as pictured. Close to bus stop to get into town. Close to Keller beach and the Sentier Littoral. Convenience store and excellent restaurant around the corner. We had some minor electrical problems but Nathalie was immediately available to help. Would definitely go back.

We loved our stay here. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool is amazing and beautifully landscaped - jasmine, lavender, olives, figs, lemons to name a few of the plants around the pool and house. We enjoyed hiking on the Cap, exploring Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins and a side jaunt to Italy one morning. Great place. Don't hesitate to book!

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Outside area is very nice and quiet, with shade and sunny areas available. Pool is large and warm. Air con in bedrooms and dining area is effective. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Garoupe beach is a 10-15 mins walk with a few restaurants. It’s easy to get Ubers to local towns and restaurants. Would stay again.

The villa and grounds were beautiful. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. Our group enjoyed the pool very much and the pool furniture was great. We were only a short walk from Plage de la Garoupe which was a nice sandy beach with a free public option or a private option at Plage Keller. We did both, but really enjoyed the lounges and umbrellas along with food and beverage service on the private beach. Be careful walking on the “sentier” around the Cap, the last quarter mile was walking on boulders! Natalie was very responsive to our questions and Simone, the owner, was easy to work with. The villa is well equipped and our group of 6 enjoyed the stay very much! Do arrange a private chef for one night, such a delight!

1. Fantastic Location/Area 2. Outstanding style, we thought it was the "work" of a well known interior designer, we failed, the owners have a genius for PERFECT DESIGN! 3. Extremly relaxing atmosphere; if you love to stay in the best hotels of the world (we do so), well you feel VERY comfortable in this PARADISE! 4. If you love nature and fantastic views, rent a bike (we did so) and enjoy the wonderful nature near the Villa every day. If you are a jogger, enjoy a breathtaking running round the Cap. You are back in the villa 40 minutes later. Or enjoy Jogging near the sea. 5. You love to work a little bit in this Villa? No Problem, you also find a quiet corner and thanks to the strong wifi the documents will be sent/arrive in seconds. 6. You love to have dinner in the sand? No Problem, your bike will bring you to Juan les Pins within a few minutes. You prefer to have dinner in the Villa? Also a good idea, enjoy the kitchen and don´t forget to buy enough wine (red, white, rose) in the supermarket near the Villa (5 minutes by bike). 7. The agent (Mrs. Monarca) makes a perfect Job! 8. Dou think we would come back? Oh yes, we have booked for next year before we left the Villa. THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the OWNERS for a wonderful time in South France!!!

We loved this property. It was really too large for us (we only had 3 adults), but we chose it because we needed a downstairs bedroom. As it turned out, we used and enjoyed the three different eating areas. The kitchen and property is well equipped for cooking, and living as we would at home. The pool was heated per our request, and my husband enjoyed swimming daily as he does at our home in California. It was delightful, and the host was always available. Thank-you for the wonderful stay!!!

Opplevelsen var fantastisk fra start til slutt. Eier Simone og vert Nathalie hjalp oss med alle våre spørsmål. Velkomsten vi fikk var enestående, vi følte oss virkelig velkommen. Huset i seg selv, med uteområde og basseng, var enestående. Store lyse soverom, fantastisk kjøkken og spisebord, og en veldig koselig stue gjorde at vi trivdes veldig godt. Området rundt er godt egnet for turer, fondet er en kort tur med bil inn til gamlebyen i Antibes (ca 4-5 min). Uber fungerte svært godt. Vi hadde ei fantastisk langhelg, og kommer gjerne tilbake.
