The staff was so nice. We lost our phone on the taxi and the front desk staff went out and tracked down the taxi and got the phone back to us.

Nice location, nice room and bathroom, real boutique hotel. Only point is the underwhelming ac.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. Every day after housekeeping, they would leave a small caramel candy in the room. I liked them so much that I asked if they knew the brand so I could buy some. They even asked the manager for the wrapper, but unfortunately there was no brand on it. When I checked out, I was pleasantly surprised to find a small cup filled with those caramel candies waiting for me. It was such a small gesture, but it truly reflected the level of care and thoughtfulness they have for their guests.
