"We wanted somewhere within easy walking distance of Le Mans old town to break our journey from the south west of France. This hotel was perfectly located, just across the river. Staff were friendly, especially to our

, (i had my large labrador with me). Clean and comfortable and black out blinds madw me think 9am was midnight. If i had to find a single fault (and this is very minor) there is no hot breakfast option selection limited but for me the juice and fresh coffee was enough. Great value at the time i stayed."

"The welcome was lovely, the receptionist who spoke lots of different languages was really nice. Only criticism was the lady who was maitre 'd of the restaurant - she was trying to do the job alone, which was not possible as she was not giving all of the patreons her full attention"

"Room 109 was dark, smaller than photos lead you to believe, bed was comfy. No hand washing basin in toilet which meant you had to leave toilet and walk to shower room. The bed is positioned directly in full view of the corridor when the door is opened not screened at all. Fire alarm went off and we left the building as expected.
