Located directly facing the sea you will have just one street to cross and you will be on the sandy beach of Boucanet, it offers direct access to the sea. This apartment has a very nice and pleasant private terrace of 20 m2 to enjoy the beautiful days.The interior space includes an air-conditioned living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a very well equipped independent kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine and everything necessary to cook. Night side, you will have a first bedroom with a double bed and a second room with a single bed and a double bed. A bathroom with separate toilet completes the facilities.Private parking is available to guests in the residence, for ease. Located directly opposite the beach, this family apartment is ideally placed for a seaside holiday. The city centre of Le Grau-du-Roi, with its shops and restaurants, is just 1.4 km away.
