The apartment includes an entrance with a bunk bed, a bright living room with an equipped kitchen, washing machine and a folding bed for 2 people. The bathroom, completely renovated, is equipped with plenty of storage space and WC.
Private outdoor parking is available.

- 1 swimming pool open on the HORTENSIAS side from 05/31/2025 to 08/31/2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
WEEKLY CLOSED ON TUESDAY
From 09/01/2025 to 09/28/2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., every day without interruption
- 1 swimming pool open on the EGLANTINES side from 06/28/2025 to 08/31/2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

MONITORING
JUNE: only in the afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from 06/14/2025 to 06/30/2025:
JULY AND AUGUST: from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
SEPTEMBER: no surveillance
