"Love the upgrades!! Wish they would upgrade the pool as well"

"My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating."

The only downside was that, like a lot of hotels, the walls are thin and noise comes right through them. The guy next door to me had the TV on and you could hear it in my room, outside his room through the...

"When we got there they couldn’t find our reservation, then still tried to charge us for nights we already paid for. There were roaches all over the room, baby and big ones, crawling on the walls, on the floors, in the bathroom! About 7:30 am we left and asked for a refund! Managers had the nerve to saw the guests bring the roaches in! It was an infestation"
