"The property is not up to date. There were holes in the bedspread. Generally clean. Staff are very impersonal. Breakfast was scarce. Don’t know if I’d book here again."

"Pool was out of order and looked to have been for awhile. Hotel was old and not very well maintained. The smell of cooking was very strong and specifically, curry, which I love but not while I'm sleeping. Bathroom door was warped and wouldn't open completely. AC thermostat was messed up. Some of the lights didn't work.No bugs. Beds comfortable and clean.No elevator and stairs were dirty. Breakfast didn't start until 9 am and not much to choose from anyway.Paid for amenities that were out of order or we didn't feel comfortable eating."

"This property had everything we needed for our stay. Leslie had great communication with us, and this place will be our first choice on any return trip to Olney. The place was clean, and we made good use of the three season room when not on the lake."

"We had to get this reservation at the last minute because another hotel's "reservation" was not honored when we got there. This hotel was about the same price, and much nicer than the one we'd previously arranged. The breakfast was adequate, the room was clean, the staff was extra helpful even with our late arrival (we got there at 11 PM). The amenities (bed, pillows, shower, etc.) were what we expected. (We often stay at Quality hotels when we travel -- they seem to all be about the same "quality" with just minor differences). This Quality met the expectations."
