"Room was clean but the refrigerator did not work at all. I notified the front desk the first night and was told someone would stop by to fix. We left 2 days later and no one came to fix the refrigerator or follow up with me."

"Great location. Room had issues….majority of the outlets did not work. Refrigerator had been taken out of the room. Staff was great and room was clean. Just had the issues above."

"We had an excellent stay at Hilton Times Square. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and close to many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations. Housekeeping was outstanding, and our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. We will definitely...

"Excellent"

"I did not like the fact that the hot tub was closed and that the pool was being used for swim classes with kids so the hotel guest could not enjoy the pool or the hot tub fully, which is why I booked this hotel very disappointed"

"Not sure it is worth staying on the executive floor but that is where we stayed"
