"Excellent, clean, modern, fully furnished apartment in downtown Chicago that is a short car ride or walk to anything you need or want to visit. The neighborhood and building are very safe and the covered parking is well worth the extra expense. We loved the extra space to spread out and the skyline views were beautiful at night. The staff responded right away to any questions we had and even helped to accommodate us an extra night when an event kept us in town longer. The beds were comfortable...

"Staff and location were great! Only issues we had really were cleanliness. The bed cover had a blood stain on it and the floors were dirty. Otherwise, wonderful stay- the host was willing to assist and quick to respond."

"While the place overall was nice with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms there are some items that weren't up to standards. One bedroom had an odor that was very overpowering and smelt like cat urine. Another bedroom had window shades that were broken so the light in the morning was difficult."
