Ali is an excellent communicator! He answered any question I had quickly and accurately, really appreciated that since this was our first time using this system to book a place to stay. There was a slight hiccup with the key and room number but was very quickly (3 minutes at most) sorted out by Ali. Nice place for the price and really felt safe in this neighbor hood. Easy to walk to grocery store and other ammenities. I would definitely stay there again should I visit Oak Park again. Thank you Ali for all your communications and a great price on the Condo!

Easy to communicate with the host. Really appreciated the location - less than 5 min walk to grocery store and coffeeshop. About 15 min walk to the L. Everything was clean. The couch was not comfortable for lounging and watching movies (way too small), but if you're not spending much time in the apartment, it's definitely all you need. I would stay here again!

Fantastic week long stay in this strategically located apartment. In town for business, and the accommodations were spot on. The designated parking was clutch in a metro setting. The host is super responsive and well organized. Cannot speak highly enough about how well operated this property management group performs! The price, the location, and the attention to customer service will keep this rental gem in my favorites!

Chicago trip

This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay for our little 48 hour trip. Every thing was perfectly explained in detail and that helped so much because we got there later at night. It is right outside the city and has great options located all around as well. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Chicago area.

Place overall was great in terms of value. All required amenities were there. Lots of shops and stores nearby as well. Just 30-40 minutes by transit to downtown. Just keep in mind that area can be a bit sketchy on the blue / green line at night, especially around Austin/Pulaski.

Nice neighborhood, cute apartment

My wife and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment had plenty of room, was nicely decorated. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook a full meal (which we did not). The bed is very comfortable. Ride service to downtown averaged $25. It was perfect.

Quiet Well Managed and Clean Property

The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value.

Attractive apartment in historic area of Chicago

The property is clean, well furnished, attractively laid out and well equipped. We were particularly glad of the kitchen supplies, which meant we didn’t need to buy all our basic provisions from scratch. We were delighted by the area: Oak Park has history, charm and enormous character: the 10-minute walk to the L station was a pleasure. There's a good supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Ali looked after us attentively and helpfully.

Quiet neighborhood

The unit was a little older and more weathered than the photos implied, but the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. It was a little hard to find the parking lot when we arrived and we also wished the walk to the L was shorter. The bed was very comfortable, communication with the hosts was easy and helpful, there were no issues checking in or out. The space was large enough for our family of 3.

Great vacation with friends

We had a great experience with friends. The apartment was clean and spacious, and there was everything we needed. The location was good for us, a short distance to the city and United Center. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Ali was a great host, helpful, hospitable and communication was easy with him. He responded quickly and always helped when needed. Overall, the apartment felt like home and I hope to come back. I really recommend staying here if you want a five star experience. Thanks Ali, it was a great trip. Riku

Nice simple apartment in Oak Park

We spent 5 nights here to see Metallica's 2 concerts in Chicago and take in the beautiful sights of the city. The apartment offers free parking but we decided to use public transportation and uber since parking in Chicago would have been difficult. The walk to the train station is 15 to 20 minutes, we used the train to go to Chicago but used Uber every evening to take us straight to the apartment. The bed is comfortable and bedding is nice. The host Ali is quick to answer questions or help with anything you need. Overall we had a great stay. tricky.

Cleanness

The lay out of the condo is open , wish I like very much. I love the bed and the sheets . Everything is close , there is a jewel grocery about a block. I enjoyed my walk because oak park has beautiful house and building from the 1930 , some history there. Shop , restaurant and cafe is about few blocks away. There were some issues but Ali handled it very quickly. The community with Ali was the best ,he is a great Host. Thank you.

Nice spot in Oak Park

We found this to be a nice though not exceptional apartment for our stay in Oak Park. Our hist was very responsive to questions and was very well organized with the check-in and check-out. Having a parking space was very convenient, as was the proximity to the Frank Lloyd Wright properties, which were within walking distance. The apt was furnished reasonably well, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was lovely. On the negative side, regarding the listing information, I find it diffcult to believe this apt is 2400 sq. ft. There were also a couple of outlets without proper covers. I didn’t notice bare wires, but if i had a small child, I might be concerned. And lastly, the AC in the living room was so loud, we couldn’t hear the TV, and the one in the bedroom was loud enough to make it difficult to sleep.
