"My husband and I traveled to this city to attend our cousin's funeral in Bennetsville (sp). The location was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The room was amazing. Two things I didn't care for: 1- The breakfast chef was really slow on getting the eggs out. Prepare better. 2 - Wasn't able to get an hour's grace period at check out and the front desk made sure they called the room at 1035am to remind us. 🙄 Didn't like this at all, but I will say the facility is outstanding and we will stay here again if we are headed that way."

The only problem I had was when I tried to call to retrieve a forgotten item, I had to deal with an AI customer service rep who then gave me a number for the actual inn. Then nobody answered the phone. I wish it wasn't so difficult to talk to a real human!"
