"I asked for late check out and they said it's only 30mins after normal check out time which is 11:am. I thought that was strange because usually late check out at other Hotel's is 1pm."

"The first room, there was a dog barking, couple rooms down, nobody was there with the dog and it was going crazy, so I had him put me up on the third floor. The room was pretty clean but had a smell to it. It’s just an older hotel that really needs a recon. The beds weren’t that good. I was a little disappointed for a Hilton property. There was a motorcycle convention and at 12 o’clock Friday night they were revving their engines in through the night, didn’t get any sleep, not the hotel’s fault,...

"Clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Close proximity to local stores and restaurants, good breakfast offered, and easy access to highway for additional travel."

"This home is so beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again."

"FIVE STARS! OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS! SpringHill Suites by Marriott exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was served hot, tasted great, and everything was very well organized. One thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. Our room was spotless, and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. Cleanliness, good food, excellent...

"Great stay"

"Staff and parking were very good."

"We will definitely stay here again. The 2BR suite allowed all four of us to have our privacy and made it feel more homey and comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic as I was even able to bake a cake! My only issue was the wifi was a little challenging to navigate, but I think that was more user error than anything. The kids liked the breakfast, we liked the privacy, the clean room, and the hotel staff were very helpful. We have been coming to this area twice a year for the past six years for...

"was nice"

"Mostly everything was clean - there was some food remnants in the airconditioner - which I don't think had been cleaned. Other than that, everything was good"

"Our booking was canceled and we were not notified in advance. We were 4 hours away from home, small town, middle of the night and no other hotels were available. I was up for 27 hours straight and had to drive back because nothing else was available. They said the hotel was overbooked and we should have been notified as they knew this days in advance. Very unhappy "
