"It was so spacious and perfectly equipped for traveling with young children. I loved the room, the breakfast, the pool. The front desk worker Linda went ABOVE AND BEYOND, she had texted asking how our stay was and after explain very minor things (soft pillows, scratchy toilet paper) she told me to come by the front desk to see her. She gave us a $25 gift card to buy new pillows or toilet paper to better our stay! It was a first for me and was an amazing experience"

"Great complimentary breakfast service and physical setup. HVAC filters need serious attention - at least in our room. Guests have complete control of room heat/cooling settings. Nice. Location of Travelways hotel is a huge advantage, immediately adjacent to the cancer clinic and hospital. Saves considerable expense and effort, and there is access to food services in the health complex - important since other restaurants are some distance away in the city (Sudbury, Ontario, Canada)."

"The bed was too hard. I have never complained about a bed before. It was not a good night's sleep."

"One big complaint I had was the smell outside. Although no fault of the Inn, the dump in close proximity was very rank smelling. I have stayed here a handful of times and i haven’t experienced this before. I was gagging while outside the room. Inside, thankfully there was no smell. My bed also had noticeable divots from being well used."

"We liked how they serve with happy heart. Breakfast was also good."

"The property is right downtown in the middle of the homeless neighbourhood and I would concerned about the safety of my vehicle or going out at night walking The parking lot was atrocious, and the elevator was filthy The room had new carpeting, but the fixtures has seen a better day"

"Clean and convenient, comfy bed, kind staff. Older motel but great for one night."

"Will not stay here again. Booked two rooms. One of them had bread crumbs on the floor and brown wooly fuzz on the pillows. It looks like house keeping at best just made the beds without cleaning and vacuuming. And while there was four of us, 2 per room. For one room they gave each guest a door key but for the other they only gave one key."

"The rooms are large and clean. Staff was helpful. Very central location. Parking garage is nice during bad weather. Breakfast has plenty of options. Overall good value."

"Older property but everything was very clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfy and that is all I needed"
