This modern, and eco-conscious unique vacation lodge has 6-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people. This home is designed to provide spacious comfort, connection, creative inspiration, and unforgettable retreats in nature. You will love the carefully curated Unique Art Lodge. Laurelville is a small town on the western end of the Hocking Hills. The closest larger towns within a 30 minute drive are: Logan, Lancaster, Circleville, and Chillicothe.

Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with a photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

Guests have access to hiking our trails along with the functional fitness stations and meditation areas throughout our 58-acre nature preserve. We do not allow fishing, swimming, or hunting on the property. While you are here, we want you to feel completely welcomed and free to explore around the property while doing your best to leave the smallest footprint possible. Whippoorwill birds lay eggs on the ground, here, without a nest so please watch your step. It is important to stick to traveling on trails when hiking throughout the forest. Please, always practice leave no trace ethics on the preserve.

So, you can get groceries, gas, supplies, buy local cider, and visit 6 family-owned restaurants less than a 5-minute drive away. Located on a 58-acre nature preserve, the Art lodge took 5 years to design and create.

Heads up, we are unable to accommodate domestic animal friends/pets due to our senior dog Peanut who you may see somewhere around the property during your stay.

For art enthusiasts, the Sculpt Decor Shop, run by master sculptor Dustin Weatherby, is on the 58-acres closest to the Art Lodge located at the bottom of the driveway. Dustin specializes in animatronics, steel sculptures, wood carvings, mixed media sculptures. Starting in 2025, he will offer live art performances and experience packages for guests. Feel free to stop by the shop and say hello. The host's home is on the same 58-acre property. Although you cannot see their home from the Art Lodge or Tiny Bungalows, they are often nearby to assist you if you need them.

Message from the hosts:
As hosts, two artists, and life partners, it took us over 5 years to build our Unique Art Lodge and Tiny bungalows on our nature preserve with the intention of providing a one of a kind experience. This experience is like sleeping in an art museum while in the middle of a forest with luxe amenities. We hope the symbolism seen in our custom art installations within the Lodge and Bungalows will help build connection, inspire wellness, and creativity!

Raven’s Retreat Hocking Hills

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete the verification process prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be asked to purchase a $35 damage waiver via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you and your group in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay. We understand accidents happen; this lessens stress on all people involved.


Security:
There are three outdoor cameras at the Unique Art Lodge. One of them is pointed towards the front door. The other two outdoor cameras are pointed towards the gravel parking areas.



Ravens Retreat Hocking Hills a little under 2 miles, East of Laurelville. Drive up a heavily wooded Thompson Ridge Road and you will see us on the South side. About a half mile down our private driveway are 12 parking spots surrounding the Art Lodge. Parking is always free.
