"The AC did not keep the room cool. The first night, the noise from other guests was loud in our room."

"The room was clean & bright with a great view. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Parking was secure and very convenient. Love all the amenities close by (lots of restaurants and venues within walking distance). Felt safe at night."

"The breakfast was very good. The light in our room flickered on and off and the TV did not work - nor did the instructions to reboot the TV. The blow dry started smoking and actually caught fire while in my husband’s hands. The rooms could use a refresh - cracked tile in the bathroom and the sink was scratched up. Location was decent for what we wanted but would think twice about stating there again. The price reflects the condition if the hotel in my opinion."

"Upgraded to a very nice room. Very good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Did not have to leave the property to relax and have good food."

"The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Liked the espresso coffee machine for a quick shot of caffeine on my way out the door. Location was great being down by the lake and walkable to many park areas, restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the TV remote needing a genius to figure out. Overall my stay was great."
