"My second stay here. Lovely boutique type hotel. Rooms are very clean, with a warm/luxury beach vibe decor. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was very good as well. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Check in easy. We arrived late and they must have been expecting us as they greeted us by name. Very expensive given it’s in Hampton Bays and not in West ie South Hampton, but it is about 15 mins to either Westhampton or South Hampton so easy enough to enjoy both towns from there. And Hampton Bays itself isn’t a bad area, just doesn’t have a town to walk around in like the others. Would stay again."

I loved the vintage vibe, the private beach!!, the great customer service (Charlotte, David, Melissa), clean rooms with the best water pressure on a shower/immediate hot water, cute back patio area, attentive housekeeping, on-site dining options, bikes, and proximity to town & other sites. Loved it!!"
