"The young man who was working the front desk was very friendly and fast. Later i went down and asked for 2 more towels and pillows. He had towels but no extra pillows but said he would find some and bring them to my room. I just figured sure probably not but guess what about 1 hour later he knock on the door and had pillows He didnt forget! He was super busy and still managed to go above and beyond. Nicely done. The next morning breakfast was nothing special but the from desk lady was keeping everything cleaned up and stocked. She was also the front desk person helping guess. Again nice job. Hotel itself is worth the price and clean. But the management should know that they have a good staff. I would recommend the hotel just because of the the way the staff performed. Thank you. "

"Cheery welcome - and we were on the later side - with efforts to find ways to help us and make our stay enjoyable. The motif and character were perfect. It was our favorite stay from our cross country adventure (NY--> MT) and our last night! I bought a mug to commemorate it!"

"The staff here were awesome. The rooms are in good condition. The common areas are clean. Overall, it's pleasantly mediocre. The staff though: so helpful and friendly. I thought I really lucked out with the two ladies working the night we came in ... Jokes and laughs ... Just great. The staff in the morning at checkout were great, too. "
