"I’ve stayed here before for a work trip and didn’t have any issues at that time but this time my room had few of the lightbulbs missing, the bathroom didn’t quite seem clean, the door chain lock was completely gone and the people above my room were obnoxiously loud making it hard to sleep."

"This isn't the typical hotel I would go for. Self proclaimed hotel snob here. We needed a place to sleep in a pinch from delayed arriving flight and wanted something close to the airport. Options are pretty limited in downtown Billings for that, so went out on a limb and booked. It was clean and did the and didn't break the bank like most of the other options. I would now stay here again when needing to be downtown, especially for flying. Y only negative review, the pillow are garage. Flat as a pancake "
