"Great place and a great host. Pity that we could stay only one night this time. We appreciate that Valerie helped us with all the questions that we had asked. We really liked her green approach: no plastic used; she made her own juice and yoghurt. Everything else (jam, honey etc) was stored in small glass containers."

"Clean with all amenties needed for travelling Bar fridge, microwave, dishes, hot plate, etc Air conditioning Continental breakfast Free parking Friendly & helpful owners We definitely would recommend this hotel"

"Room was clean and the place is so peaceful. Meet all the expectations if you’re looking for a weekend getaway or to just disconnect and be in the nature. Will 100% recommend!"

"Everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, and it was really nice to share the "table d'hôtes" with them. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. The location is stunning. Highly recommended!"

"Enjoyable stay. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Clean and well presented rooms."

"Vej til hotel kunne være bedre"

"A great old hotel with lots of old world charm. Convenient for Carcassonne airport and a short taxi ride into town. Set in wonderful grounds with a great pool. We were here 20+ years ago and little had changed. Dinner is a special event here."

"We had a very good stay at Hotel du Château in Carcassonne. A strong highlight was the team: everyone we met was warm, welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is another major plus, just a short walk from the Cité médiévale. The only minor disappointment was the Wi-Fi signal in our room wasn’t particularly strong. A kettle would have also been good rather than the coffee machine, for those of us who drink tea. Overall, a lovely stay, made...

"Rapporto prezzo qualità ok"

"Parfait."

"Très bon accueil, chambre confortable."

"BJ and Iris were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting was great with wonderful views and a stones throw from Carcassonne city. Breakfast was wonderful with home made jams. BJ was also very kind to re freeze our ice packs for the onward journey. We will definitely be back."
