"Generally, we enjoyed the property. The place had everything we needed except for some cleanliness issues. One of the pillow covers had a makeup stain on it (didn’t use it). A sheet in one of the bedrooms also had a brown stain. There was a dead spider and a dead ant on the pillow area of two bedrooms. We weren’t sure if the beddings were fully washed before we checked in. You have most cookingware in the kitchen with beach towels available (thank you!) for use. However, not that many towels...

"I loved the location of this vacation home. Updates from the photos as far as the kitchen is that the fridge is bigger and outside on the porch along with the induction cooktop. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again."
