"Clean room , quiet considering location "

"clean room, parking reasonable and near to entrance, staff friendly. The food was appalling and there were so many plates with food left on them, not enough staff and a chef who couldn't cook."

"Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!"
