"A very bad smell was coming from the air conditioner and the bathroom throughout the night. Since we only stayed for one night, we did not have the opportunity to change the room. The bathroom was very cold; the edges of the window were not properly sealed and cold air was coming in. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. "The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. "
