"We are very happy with this hotel. Welcoming staff on arrival who was very helpful. The room is big, clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed an extra night and when we come back next week, we are staying here again, which I am happy about. It is conveniently across from Meadowhall shopping centre and close to the motorway. "

"Bathroom smelled badly of sewage. Next room they moved me to had a broken safe. Safe couldn't be fixed as there were only 2 staff on duty covering breakfast, reception, and everything else. This place is seriously lacking funding to run effectively. "

"The hotel is a step above the usual Ibis Budget I've stayed in. Nice size bathroom with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Wi-fi is free, but speed limited, fast enough to do most things but not streaming video. "

"On arrival, we were welcomed at Reception by builders braking out floor tiles and noise that you could hardly hear yourself speak. I complained and was told by the Manager that we had been informed of the on going works, this was not true. We would not have booked if we had been informed. He also told me that the hotel had no communication with hotels.com Breakfast very poor! Room was good apart from noise Will not use again. Please refund our costs. Graham Aldrich"

"Nice location but the actual hotel need updating. They have slapped some paint around but it needs a proper refit. Also the beds are very hard"
