From the townhome, there is easy access to the village on the first floor and the upper level leads straight to the two resort pools. All guests may also use to the Viera Complex amenities which includes the two pools, spa, and fitness center. In addition, there is the option for a parking pass in the nearby parking structure for a refundable fee.

We used to live in Lake Las Vegas and it was great to come back and stay with family in this nice 3 bedroom condo. King beds in each bedroom. Easy access to market. Great restaurants in walking distance. My only recommendation is they need to have some dishwashing and clothes washing single use packets. The local grocery only sells large size items.

Great property, clean and well furnished! Kitchen fully stocked - great outdoor areas both upstairsand down! The firepit wouldn't turn on...we assumed that was intentional. WiFi didn’t work for the first couple of days, which was problematic for us, but otherwise we had a great time in this unit!

We loved our stay! Plenty of space, immaculate, close to the pools and spa, work out room. A walk to grocery and liquor store plus restaurants to sit at and enjoy the marina. Very quiet during the week but a great experience!

Very nice unit. Well furnished and clean.
A very nice property. Convenient to everything. Parking is a nightmare because there’s only a few spots available. You have to have access to the garage or you could be towed for illegal parking. Owner said he didn’t think this unit included garage parking but ended up having the parking pass sent to the door. The construction was very bothersome and we weren’t able to sit outdoors from morning until 4:00 pm. Once construction is completed I would consider renting this unit again but only with the promise of a parking transmitter.

Amazing townhouse. Located next to excellent restaurants, shops, nice lake views and walking trails. The townhouse itself is very clean and decorated nicely, Ray was excellent on getting back to us with any questions we had and great details on what we needed to know to check in and out. We will definitely be returning.

BEWARE: LOUD CONSTRUCTION, DIRTY CARPETS, NOISE MONITORING!
I'm sorry to leave a negative review but I think in protection to others, you need to know: 1. There are "NOISE MONITORING" devices all over the inside (that's right - in your bedroom) the property. It felt like a jail cell more than a vacation experience. It's was really weird! 2. No mention in ad or by owner/managers that there is HEAVY construction right next door that is L O U D. It started at 6am. 2. The carpets are DIRTY. This may be OK if you don't care about a high-degree of cleanliness, but we did care. 3. We got there early (a couple hours) and the property manager seemed "put out" about it. They wanted to charge us for early entry even though no one was there the night before. We thought that was cheap to NICKEL & DIME us. 4. The manager had an impatient ATTITUDE. It seemed like we were bothering him. Is that not his job to "manage" the property or respond to tenant questions? We would not choose to stay here ever again.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Idea Townhouse Getaway. The home has great indoor and outdoor visiting areas and is located within a short walk of many restaurants. It was in great condition and communication was perfect.

The unit was nicely furnished as listed and the location was perfect for our Rowing Event.
The only problem we had was with the water. It was turned off the first night, from 12p-7-am, due to “servicing” by the HOA and we did not have a warning. The following morning there was dirty water and no hot water for showers. There was no communication about this until I complained to the Mgr. Throughout my 4 night stay the hot water was spotty and sometimes nonexistent. We were told to “run the water” for 2 hrs. Everything else was great!

Outstanding!
We were celebrating my wife’s milestone birthday at A Moment in Time at Lake Las Vegas and looked for an option other than hotel rooms for the family. What an amazing place. Check in thru Raymond was very smooth, and the condo was every bit of what was advertised. So much so, we had numerous friends who came out for the event and after seeing where we stayed said they plan do to a staycation of there own at this property. Location, Location, Location!!! do yourself a favor and book here. 5 Stars without question.

The accommodations were clean and well appointed. We enjoyed getting to see other parts of Vegas other than the strip. I understand Covid safety protocols but not having someone greet you at night or be available for questions isn’t a good thing. A small issue like a smoke detector needing a battery replacement beeped all nite disrupting my sons sleep before his first game Saturday morning. Having someone there or available to resolve issue, walk us through house so we know what is here really should be mandatory. We are all boosted and asking that question doesn’t hurt our feelings or infringe on any of our rights. Getting in late and trying to figure out what to do with know one to help isn’t optimal. Having said that I texted Raymond Friday nite and he had someone by Saturday while we were attending game. The five star rating in my mind should require someone meeting you directly. Joel

Amazing property!
We loved this property! We were able to feel like we were in Vegas with the strip close by but not feel like we were in Vegas at the resort! The villa was clean and spacious! Mornings were spent on roof top patio. Walk right out the back door to the pool which was never busy. So many restaurant and coffee shops just feet away. I will never stay on the strip again knowing this is an option!
