We are established Vacation Rental owners of this property since 2006 - no need to worry about your vacation getaway being cancelled unexpectedly.

Our Condo is conveniently located in Spring Valley, ideal for exploring Las Vegas! We are located just 5 minutes to the South end of the strip, 13 minutes from the airport in a peaceful gated community within walking distance to Spring Valley Hospital for travel Nurses and Medical Staff. The Condo has Vaulted Ceilings in the living area and Kitchen with two Master Bedroom Suites. Both bedrooms have comfortable Premium Pillow Top Queen Beds, fine linens, blackout blinds. The Kitchen is Fully Equipped and there is a Washer & Dryer located inside the Condo. High Speed Internet and Ethernet for Home Office Setup available.

Fine Cook Ware, Fine Glassware. Washer and dryer with iron and board, Maple Hardwood Kitchen Cabinets, Wood Shutters, Gas Fireplace, Granite Counter Tops with Travertine Stone and Maple Hardwood flooring throughout. Travertine Stone Showers in both bathrooms with full bath.

Guest access
Condo is accessible via a Gate Code to enter the property and a 6 digit door keyless entry lock to enter the Condo. VRBO will provide you with instructions prior to your arrival and you will receive the door code before 3 PM on the day of your arrival.
You will have access to the entire Condo and all the amenities. Please note that the rules of the pool and grilling area must be followed as marked by the property.

Other things to note

PLEASE NOTE: As of July 1, 2017 recreational marijuana is legal in Nevada. We still will not allow any type of smoking inside our units, and if suspected you will be charged accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE:One of the Pools may be periodically closed for maintenance. We have no control over this and apologize for any inconvenience that it may cause. If property management needs to fix any items in the apartment, we will notify you as soon as possible, but please allow access. We will always provide as much advance notice as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: The maximum number of guests the apartment can accommodate comfortably is 5-6

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a place to receive packages before your arrival. The front office will not receive them either. What most of our guests do, if receiving a package before arrival is to have it delivered to an Amazon Locker nearby, or have the package sent to a UPS or FED EX store and retrieve it from there. You can also get an express locker if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not set the AC below 75 degrees. Doing so will cause it to freeze, stop working, and then leak. It will take hours to thaw back out and there is nothing maintenance can do to fix it when it is like that. A frozen AC is not considered a maintenance emergency and maintenance will not address it until it has had time to thaw out (about 6 hours). To avoid all of this, please keep it at 75 or above, I promise it will still be nice and cool in there set at 75. :)

PLEASE NOTE: Decor in the apartment can, and will, change due to wear-and-tear or upgrading of the apartment. Decor currently in the apartment may not match the photos.

If you feel there was any misunderstanding of your interpretation of what you read or what you expected, or if you feel that you were in any way inconvenienced we will do our very best to give you exception service and attention to make your vacation enjoyable for you; however it is against our policy to every offer any rebates or money if the apartment does not meet your "expectations".
