Valet was amazing !! Very friendly, helpful and everyone had a positive & welcoming attitude. As well as all hotel staff. I’m very happy and pleased with my stay.
My boyfriend and I stayed three nights and our stay good but not great. Some things I really liked were the cleanliness and location. Some things I disliked were the staff at check-in gave us no information whatsoever about the property i.e. options for parking, parking and
Location is everything. This hotel is next door to the Las Vegas Convention Center, and on the Monorail line with easy access to all the hotels and attractions on the Strip. The staff was friendly and attentive. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. If you want a quiet oasis away from the hubbub of the Strip, this is the spot! Limited restaurants in the immediate area.

The lobby and hotel were very nice. Atmosphere was good. Room was standard but nice as well. Would stay again.
The pool was shut down, so we didn't get to use that, which we were really looking forward to. The bagels for breakfast tasted stale. But the hotel it self and staff were nice.
We stay here every time we come to the convention for a trade show. We prefer it because of its convenient location; however, unfortunately, we found the hotel to be quite outdated this year.
There were many issues in our room that needed attention. First of all, the sliding bathroom door would not stay closed—even though it made a loud noise when we tried to shut it, it kept sliding open on its own. We could only close the shower cabin door by using force with both hands.
Also, the faucets were old, and unfortunately, even though housekeeping came every day, they only changed the towels and made the bed without properly cleaning the room.
There wasn’t even a chair in our room.
The hotel lobby was actually a pleasant place to sit, but unfortunately, it was too cold because of the air conditioning, so it was not really possible to enjoy spending time there.
The hotel was perfect, we were doing an event at the convention center. Clean and had the monorail to take to the strip. The only that wasn’t great was the hot tub, it was cold . I’d stay again.
