The house is nicely kept and is great for bigger groups and families.

Great curb appeal in a very quiet neighborhood. 3-Car Garage up entry with 220V Tesla Charger.

Very open layout upon entry, with the cozy living room adjoining the Game Room.

Kitchen has basic cooking utensils and supplies, but should be ample. Dining room and Breakfast nook are connected with kitchen.

This property is great for large group or families, but ABSOLUTELY no parties or events allowed!
