"Room 27055 is very dirty. Our socks were black from walking on the carpet. The shower smelled of sewer. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty. Food left in the fridge from prior guest. Nice view with refrigerator and keurig. Very spacious with table and small chair."

"The Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas feels a bit dated and could definitely use some renovation and better maintenance. The carpets in the hallways looked dirty and worn, giving the hotel an overall tired appearance. The room itself was generally fine, although housekeeping only cleaned it on about half of my six-night stay. While I personally don’t mind skipping a day or two of cleaning, I would expect daily housekeeping service at a Las Vegas hotel. Another issue was the large number of very young guests, mostly high school or college-age students. There was quite a bit of partying, noise, and mess left in the hallways, which made the atmosphere less pleasant. Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel could benefit from some updating, better cleanliness, and more attention to maintaining a comfortable environment for all guests."
