This charming home is located in the historic West Side of Las Vegas, an older, vibrant neighborhood known for its unique character and rich history. It’s a peaceful and welcoming area, offering a quiet stay just minutes from the Strip. Please note that no parties or gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside, but there’s a designated smoking area outside. Violations of these rules will result in reservation cancellation without reimbursement.

This 900 square foot home has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room. Enjoy a stylish experience at your new centrally-located place with two bedrooms (TV in all bedrooms) and one bathroom.

You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Smart TV in the all bedrooms and living room, wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

Clean, well-located, and responsive host

We had a great experience staying at this VRBO. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had the dishes that we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do.The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. We really appreciated the little touches like extra towels and clear communication about items we needed addressed while staying at the house. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy their trip!
