The Hotel is beautifully set in lots of landscaped outdoor areas. Easy access to the hotel casino and restaurants in the Hotel. The Hotel does not cater buffet breakfast unlike others do especially when we paid high rates for our stay. The Hotel is about 15 miles drive away from the Strip in Las Vegas. We were sent to a restaurant within the Hotel to order Breakfast with higher prices and lengthy wait! So we gave up after our 2nd day and used the Starbucks instead, which was kinda OK. Other than that staff were pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We travelled with our 6 month old and had a. Late flight getting in. We called the property and notified them of the late arrival and the need for a crib, and when we arrived we were told everything was set, but when we got to our room there was no crib and we had to wait an entire hour for someone to bring a crib. The room was dirty and the housekeeping did not make the room everyday. The worst is that the light in the bathroom was going out and flickered like we were in a club. I notified the front desk but during the stay no one came to replace the bulb, I ended up climbing on a chair that I brought into the bathroom and just unscrewing the bulb, so that atleast we could use a partly lit bathroom. Ultimately this trip to the JW was not in line with the level of service that we have come to expect. That being said the valet at the Palms tower is the best!

My group stayed here for EDC 2024 and wow we were blown away. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Not to mention, gorgeous and situated in an excellent area. The lady that was in charge of our room was sweet and accommodating. I wish we got to stay on property longer and explore but we were so slammed with EDC. We will definitely be back on a different occasion for sure.

Check in was very easy and smooth. We asked for the top floor and it was granted! We asked for a late check out. And it was granted!! Handicap parking was very convenient to the entryway lobby. Valet was available, but we didnt utilize.
