"Nice hotel and location, room cleanliness could have been better. Prices inside hotel complex were fairly outrageous with no in room coffee. Mini bar prices were ridiculous. Management was very responsive to complaint lodged."

"Used the self parking but front desk took my ticket and said that parking fee will be included in the room charge but upon checkout , i learned that parking fee was not included, resulting to a "lost" ticket instead and we had to pay the $50.00 penalty instead of the $20.00 daily parking."
