•Upscale fenced in Single Family home with awesome Mountain views.

•Upon entering the property you’ll be greeted with a foyer right out of a magazine. With cedar wood accents and carefully curated color schemes all throughout, this house will definitely be one you’ll write home about.

•The first floor bedroom is tucked away, and has a pull out memory foam mattress (guaranteed great sleep ), a smart TV, and its own full bathroom for ultimate privacy.

•The private den boasts a gas fireplace and is Art Deco themed, inspired by our very own Las Vegas art district. (Memory foam Queen air bed stored here)

•On the other side of this split floor plan, there is a 2nd fireplace , Smart TV, pool table , seating area and a dining room that seats 10 comfortably.

•The farm style kitchen provides additional seating and is stocked full of everything you’ll need to feel comfortably at home.

•Upstairs there are three bedrooms. All bedrooms have Smart LED TVs that feature apps like Netflix , Disney+, Prime etc … already set up and logged in for your peace of mind and comfort.

•The industrial style main suite- 300 sq ft of couples paradise. It has a private throne room (perfect for the shy girl). It also has a large tub that‘s perfect for two , and a shower.

•The 2nd bedroom- queen bed with storage and smart TV

•The 3rd bedroom- two full size beds, smart TV, and breathtaking Mountain View’s

•Upstairs bathroom has a tub shower , oversized mirror, and overlooks the front yard .

•All bathrooms, and linen closets are stocked with everything you’ll need . House also features a Soft Water System.

Green pool upon arrival

I have a group of 12 of us show up excited on a hot summer day. I had friends and family all from all over drive in. We had kids, babies , coolers, and packed cars. We walked in ready to unload to see a completely dark green pool. The whole reason we booked was the pool with all our kids. We were devastated and now had to find a place to stay on the fly. The host offered me a refund. VrBo offered me a refund , I have yet to see a refund 3 weeks later and it was over $1,000. Very dissapointed and will never trust VRBO again.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2023
